I had a new winter wetsuit for Christmas, long over due because I had been suffering the cold water in my old suit for long enough. The new suit is awesome, I could not believe how warm I was. It was expensive at £250 but worked very well. The built in hood creates a good seal and you get no cold flushes of water every time you duck dive. Last week I spend close to two hours in the water without feeling the cold at all – I had to come out because my arms were so tired!
Pictures below show the outside and inside of the suit. The orange material is the ‘Full Thermospan lining’ from neck to knee which adds real extra warmth to the suit.
